EXPEDIA.CO.UK NAMED TOP TWENTY BRAND BY THE MARKETING SOCIETY
London, 1st December 2011: Expedia.co.uk, the UK’s leading travel booking site, was listed amongst the 20 top brands in The Marketing Society’s Brand of The Year awards making it the only online travel site to be included.
The annual award ceremony, which took place Old Billingsgate in London, saw Expedia shortlisted alongside leading household names such as Apple, Innocent, Fosters, Help for Heroes, British Airways, Jaguar Land Rover, London 2012, and even The Royal Family!More than 21,000 marketers and members of the public voted ultimately selecting John Lewis as the overall winner of the award.
